To turn pages, click their upper-right
and lower-left corners.
Clicking the upper-left corner of any page closes the book and
returns you to the cover.
A lower-right corner click takes you to the back cover.
Indices appear on the final pages (pp 21-24)
of the book. They provide links that allow you to quickly turn
to any page in the book. Conversely,
you can flip from any page to the 'active' index (indicated above)
by clicking on an image. Return to this page to make a different
index active.
As always, there are a few 'easter
eggs' sprinkled throughout this site. Three. Things you might
like to look at a little more closely.
